Method
- Chill your cake base in the freezer.
- Scoop ice cream into a dome mold and freeze until firm.
- Place ice cream layer on top of cake base.
- Carve into Labubu’s round shape.
- Use fondant to shape ears and chocolate for facial features.
- Add gel icing details and optional sprinkles.
- Freeze until ready to serve.
