Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sal
  • 1 –2 tbsp melted dark chocolate or chocolate chips optional
  • Toppings: chocolate chips peanut butter drizzle (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or chocolate level by adding more syrup or melted chocolate
  4. Fold in chocolate chips or peanut butter if desired.
  5. Spoon into serving dishes or jars.
  6. Chill for 10–15 minutes for a firmer texture, or enjoy immediately.
  7. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
