Ingredients
  

  • cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
  • 2 –3 tbsp honey or keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp almond butter optional
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1 minute or until completely smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container.
  4. Freeze for 2–3 hours until set.
  5. Let sit for 10–15 minutes before scooping.
  6. Serve with your favorite toppings.
