Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese preferably small curd
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1.5 tbsp honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  4. Serve immediately for a fluffy texture, or chill for 20–30 minutes for a thicker mousse.
  5. Top with whipped cream, berries, or shaved chocolate.
