- Pulse nuts in a food processor until crumbly.
- Add dates and cocoa powder. Blend until sticky and combined.
- Press mixture into a parchment-lined small square pan.
- Wipe processor. Blend avocado, maple syrup, and cocoa until smooth.
- Spread frosting over brownies. Chill 1 hour before slicing.

Use soaked dried dates if medjool aren't available.
Add sea salt, espresso powder, or chopped nuts for flavor.
Store in fridge for up to 5 days or freeze without frosting.
