Method
- Blend mango chunks and condensed milk until smooth
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form
- Gently fold mango mixture into whipped cream
- Pour into loaf pan or molds, smooth the top
- Freeze for at least 6 hours before serving

Swap condensed milk for maple syrup to make it vegan.
Use silicone molds if you want a bar shape like Fumang.
