Fumang Propitious Mango Ice Cream

This homemade version of fumang propitious mango ice cream is creamy, fruity, and easy to make without molds.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ripe mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut milk for dairy-free
  • Optional: 1 tbsp lime zest or toasted coconut

Method
 

  1. Blend mango chunks and condensed milk until smooth
  2. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form
  3. Gently fold mango mixture into whipped cream
  4. Pour into loaf pan or molds, smooth the top
  5. Freeze for at least 6 hours before serving
