- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the base of a springform pan. Freeze 10 minutes.
- Spread strawberry ice cream evenly over the crust. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Swirl in berry jam for a fruity layer. Freeze again for 10 minutes.
- Add vanilla ice cream as the top layer. Smooth out and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Pipe whipped topping to form Labubu ears and cheeks.
- Add marshmallows and candy eyes. Use fondant or toy topper for the face.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour before serving. Slice with a warm knife.
