Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina powder optional, for color
  • 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Add cottage cheese, maple syrup, vanilla, peppermint, and spirulina (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container with a lid.
  4. Freeze for 1 hour, then stir in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Return to freezer for 3–5 more hours or until firm.
  6. Let thaw 15–20 minutes before scooping and serving.
