Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional
  • 8 –10 ounces warm water

Method
 

  1. In a mug, combine apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, grated ginger, and raw honey.
  2. Stir until the honey is completely dissolved
  3. Pour in warm water (not boiling) and mix well.
  4. Sip slowly, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
