  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, almond flour, chocolate protein powder, maple syrup, and mini chocolate chips.
    Stir well until the mixture forms a smooth, thick brownie batter.
    Optional: Mix in peanut butter for added richness.
    Scoop and roll into tablespoon-sized balls.
    Place balls on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
    Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
    Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to a month.
