Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips chopped walnuts, coconut flakes

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine blended cottage cheese, cocoa powder, almond flour, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Add optional mix-ins if desired.
  5. Scoop mixture and roll into small bite-sized balls.
  6. Place bites on a parchment-lined tray and chill for at least 1 hour.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer
