Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 8 oz cream cheese blocks, softened
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream and lemon slices for garnish

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham crumbs and melted butter; press into pan.
  3. Chill crust for 15 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add condensed milk, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla; mix well.
  6. Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Slice and garnish with whipped cream and lemon.

Notes
