Method
- Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter if using.
- Blend cottage cheese, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Remove 1 cup of the filling and set aside. Add cacao powder to the rest and blend again.
- Layer jars with graham crust, chocolate filling, plain filling. Repeat.
- Top with marshmallow fluff and torch until golden.
- Garnish with crushed grahams or chocolate. Chill before serving.
