Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter optional
  • cups cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • ½ cup marshmallow fluff
  • Extra graham crackers or chocolate for topping

Method
 

  1. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter if using.
  2. Blend cottage cheese, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Remove 1 cup of the filling and set aside. Add cacao powder to the rest and blend again.
  4. Layer jars with graham crust, chocolate filling, plain filling. Repeat.
  5. Top with marshmallow fluff and torch until golden.
  6. Garnish with crushed grahams or chocolate. Chill before serving.
