Ingredients

  • Juice of ½ lemon – brightens flavor and helps cleanse the system.
  • Apple cider vinegar – choose raw unfiltered with the “mother” for gut support.
  • Fresh grated ginger – adds a warm kick and supports digestion.
  • Chia seeds – expand in liquid helping you feel satisfied longer.
  • Cinnamon – stabilizes blood sugar and adds subtle sweetness.
  • Optional: Stevia or monk fruit – if you want just a hint more sweetness.

Method
 

  1. Add chia seeds to your cold water or coconut water – let sit for 5–10 minutes. This lets them swell and gives the drink its signature texture.
  2. Add the lemon juice, ACV, grated ginger, and cinnamon – combine all ingredients together.
  3. Stir or shake everything well – if using a mason jar with a lid, shake vigorously to blend completely.
  4. Pour over ice and sip slowly – you can store it in the fridge for up to 2 days.
