Method
- Add chia seeds to your cold water or coconut water – let sit for 5–10 minutes. This lets them swell and gives the drink its signature texture.
- Add the lemon juice, ACV, grated ginger, and cinnamon – combine all ingredients together.
- Stir or shake everything well – if using a mason jar with a lid, shake vigorously to blend completely.
- Pour over ice and sip slowly – you can store it in the fridge for up to 2 days.
